Milling

We own state-of-the-art machineries with a high standard of automation paired with the highest quality and reliability in order to obtain an excellent finished product.

Turning

Equipped with modern technology our turning department is able to satisfy both bar and rework machining through automated cycles for loading and unloading of parts.

Raw Material

We use only high quality raw materials, easily traceable during the whole production process through marks. Ferrous steel, hardened steel, alluminium alloy, bronze, brass, titanium and plastics are all available.

Quality

The quality of the product mostly designed for free-pass is guaranteed by state-of-the-art machinery and constant supervision over three phases:
a) production cycle;
b) random inspections after production;
c) before shipping to the distribution warehouse.

Metrology Lab

Fully equipped with state-of-the-art tools, allows constant supervision of the production process and the release of all required certification concerning finished details measurements, heat treating documentation and raw material credentials.

Processing

Thanks to our reliable and certified partners we offer grinding treatment both thermal (hot-dip or cold galvanizing, quenching, case-hardening and carbonitriding) or for superficial protection (anodic or thickness anodizing, nickel and chromium plating).
